At VR Wave, we want to ensure your virtual reality experience is flawless; if your prescription lenses or accessories aren't perfect, you can return them within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-made prescription lenses are subject to specific warranty conditions to ensure the highest optical accuracy.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original VR Wave packaging, ensuring all lens cloths, cases, and protective layers are included to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Ship the Item
Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking receipt for verification.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition and prescription accuracy of the returned hardware, we will process your refund or replacement within 5-7 business days.
